For the past 18-years,  Alan Futrell has practiced law in San Antonio and South-Central Texas, focusing primarily on criminal law.  Mr. Futrell has tried over 40 cases to a jury.  He is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Texas and New Mexico.  He is also admitted to practice in Federal Courts in the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, the Federal District of New Mexico, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
